FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if rain is in the forecast?Open or Close

If light precipitation occurs before or during your window cleaning, we will continue the service as planned. If showers or storms are in the forecast or pop up during the service, we can continue with the interior cleaning and simply reschedule the exterior for another day.

  • Will rain make my windows dirty?Open or Close

Not typically. In general, water from rainfall is clean and free of dirt. During heavy downpours, wind and rain has a chance of splashing dirt on the windows. As long as the windows and sills are clean, the rain itself will not likely leave any spotting. Even if it does, we have you covered with our “Rainy Day Guarantee.”

  • Can you clean windows in the winter months?Open or Close

Absolutely, and it’s an important time to do so. Snow and ice melting can drag dirt or splash it on to your windows. Salt and slag on the roads can often turn into a fine dust that will settle on your windows. Left uncleaned, this dust can cause irreparable damage to windows in the form of etching.

  • How often should I get my windows cleaned?Open or Close

Most of our customers get a full-service window cleaning at least once a year, with many opting for every six months. We do offer special discounts for those who are looking for scheduled quarterly window cleanings.

  • Do I need to be at home to get your free estimate?Open or Close

Not at all! We can stop by when you’re at work or out for the day and provide an accurate estimate from just walking around the property. We can then leave the estimate at a place of your choosing, or simply call, text, or email it to you.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?Open or Close

Yes. We have the appropriate licensing for the city/county, we’re bonded, and carry an insurance policy with $1 million in coverage. Proof of insurance can be made available for those who require it.

  • What areas do you cover?Open or Close

We provide window services for South Charlotte and the surrounding areas including: Ballantyne, Matthews, Pineville, Weddington, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Mint Hill, Marvin, as well areas of upstate South Carolina such as Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, and Lake Wylie.
